The content of a company is largely listed in “unstructured data” – these emails, contracts, forms, SharePoint files, meetings of meetings and so on created via work processes. This owner content makes you more distinctive, more well informed about your products and services, less likely to hallucinate and more likely to provide economic value. As data director, we interviewed stressed: “It is unlikely that you get a lot of return on your investment by simply installing Copilot.”
