John Todd
Born and raised in Rio Linda, a graduate of Rio Linda High School, and resident for most of the last 50 years. Co-editor of the Rio Linda Elverta Neighbourhood Association, advertiser of Rio Linda Knights Football, Rio Linda Christmas Light Parade and Rio Linda Little League Parade, goalkeeper of the Lights of the Archway and Franc defender for the community of Rio Linda Elverta.
