Xbox console games suddenly appear inside the Xbox PC application

Something strange is happening with Microsoft's Xbox application on Windows. In the past few days, the Xbox PC app has started displaying Xbox console games inside the library. Although you cannot install games like the original Alan Wake For Xbox 360, it appears if you have it as part of the “My PC Games” list in the Xbox PC application.
I don't think it's a simple bug, but the more the result of Microsoft's plans to combine its Xbox and Windows stores more closely. I wrote on this effort in March, When I revealed Notepad May Microsoft work with Asus on a Kennan Handheld project. “This is part of a larger effort from Microsoft to unify Windows and Xbox to a universal Xbox and PC game library,” I wrote at the time.
This effort also involves allowing Steam and Epic Games Store Games visible in the Xbox PC application library. Microsoft accidentally revealed models of models showing Steam games in the Xbox PC library earlier this year, and at the time, sources familiar with the company's plans told me that Microsoft was working on an Xbox application update that will display each game you have installed on your PC.
Microsoft has also worked on the creation of the Xbox application The home of the PC game in the past year, and it recently started qualifying its Xbox PC application as “Xbox PC”. This new brand appeared for the first time in Microsoft announcement of Gears of War: Reloadedand a new gameplay trailer For Mio: Memories in orbit Also posted the brand and the Xbox PC logo that we will see each time Microsoft wants to let PC players know that the game is available on its Microsoft store.
All these Xbox PC changes and portable work means that we are probably about to see exactly how Microsoft lists additional games in the Xbox PC application. The big question will be whether the Xbox console games will be really playable on PC, and Microsoft may have to take advantage of its cloud infrastructure for this, unless it has a breakthrough of emulation ready to finally have the dream of playing old Xbox games on PC a reality.
