5/7; 7 p.m. –A judicial document filed with the Supreme Court of New York State in the county of Onondaga on May 5, lists Sangertown Square v. Pinz sangetown, LLC for expulsion.

The document indicates that around February 13, 2018, Pinz Sangetown, LLC and Sangertown Square entered a shopping center lease, dated February 13, 2018, composed of about 19,396 square feet of commercial space.

As of April 11, 2024, the file declared that the tenant owed the owner to the owner $ 23,192.90 in rent from the past under the lease.

On the same day, Sangetown sent a default notice to Pinz.

On June 3, 2024, according to the file, the owner initiated an action at the Supreme Court of New York State, in the county of Onondaga, against the tenant.

In June 2024, the last period of maturity was $ 83,185.24 and, on March 18, 2025, the past due was $ 348,462.35.

New Hartford, NY – Newschannel 2 has received many emails concerning the closure of Pinz Bowl in New Hartford.

The location of Sangertown Square is no longer presented on the Pinz website.

However, during the reservation attempt on the website, the location of New Hartford appears. After reaching the reservation link, customers meet the following message:

“The closed place: online booking is not currently available.”

Customers trying to reach the site of New Hartford by phone find that no one answers their calls.

Only three locations are currently listed on the Pinz website. These include two in Massachusetts and one in New Hampshire.

The Newschannel 2 team tried to contact the three locations to reach someone from the works offices.

The New Hampshire was the only one to provide us with an email address.

We contacted by e-mail to find out about the reasons for the unexpected closure of the entertainment location, as well as advice for customers who have gift cards.

We have also contacted Sangetown officials for more information.

Pinz was open on Sunday, May 4.
