UNLV honors business leaders of the Hall of Fame of Nevada Affairs

The Lee Business School of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, organized the Hall of Fame Affairs of Nevada 2025, celebrating influential business leaders in Las Vegas and their contributions to the local community.
This year's winners included Bob Arum and the late Elaine Wynn. Bo Bernhard, president of the UNLV Foundation, underlined their impact.
“So, tonight, we are celebrating people like Bob Arum, who is a founding father of the sporting moment in which Las Vegas now resides,” said Bernhard. “Okay, it's the sports capital of the world, and it's because of Bob Arum.”
Bernhard also congratulated Elaine Wynn, saying: “Likewise, Elaine Wynn, of course, was a person who imagined the modern for whom we have become so famous, that we have exported to six continents all over the world, and we celebrate his business. So, it's really the Rushmore Mount of Las Vegas.”
Wynn's family attended the event and accepted the honor on his behalf.
