San Francisco police arrested a suspect Thursday morning in last week Death of Hands of Cash App Creator and Pioneer of Fintech Bob Leesaid the authorities.
San Francisco police chief Bill Scott told journalists at a press conference in the afternoon that Nima Momeni, 38, was arrested at his home in Emeryville, a suburb between Oakland and Berkeley.
Lee and Momeni, the owner of the technology company, knew each other, knew each other, said the police chief.
“Our investigators worked tirelessly to carry out this arrest and translate this case into justice for the Lee family, just as we would do for each homicide that occurs in this city,” said Scott.

Speaking at the press conference, Jenkins criticized Musk by name, as well as others who made “reckless and irresponsible statements” on the murder of Lee.
Jenkins said that these statements “are used to mislead the world in their perceptions of San Francisco and also have a negative impact on the pursuit of justice for the victims of crimes because it spreads disinformation”.
Scott also said that Lee's murder could have occurred in any city. “It is more about human nature and human behavior than of our city,” he said.
At the time of his death, Lee worked as product manager with the Mobolecoin payment company.
