Tripledot Studios acquires the activity of Applovin mobile games for $ 800 million

Tripledot Studios acquired the Applovin game portfolio for $ 800 million.
The agreement means that Tripledot will acquire 10 studios, helping him to “considerably extend his operations” on key markets like the United States and Asia.

Diversification is a key strength of acquisition, according to Tripledot: no game in its portfolio will more than 10% of its income after the acquisition.
