The United States does not yet say a decision on the opportunity to drop Boeing Criminal Case
The United States Ministry of Justice told a federal judge in Texas that he had not decided to conclude an agreement with Boeing Co. who would abandon a criminal accusation linked to two fatal accidents of 737 Max, and which federal prosecutors grant the families of the victims another chance of weighing.

Family membersClearly indicated that they were opposed to “any agreement that allows Boeing to escape responsibility” from his role in the two accidents, who killed 346 people, said Erin Applebaum, partner of Kreindler and Kreindler. “If they do not try the business, there must be a guilt plea in parallel with a solid plea agreement.”
According to the Saturday file, a framework proposed for the non-preparation agreement discussed would include the maximum fine authorized by law, would oblige Boeing to spend to improve its compliance, maintain an independent instructor and create another fund to compensate for families. If an agreement is concluded, the prosecutors would then file a request by rejecting the criminal case, which is scheduled for June 23.
The Ministry of Justice said he would not decide to conclude the settlement agreement or proceed to the trial before the end of the conference with the families. Prosecutors have given families, who wish the Boeing affair to be tried until May 22 to provide written statements.
