The Supreme Court will not allow the first school to the religious charter of the nation

Washington – A uniformly divided Supreme Court confirmed Thursday a decision of the lower court which invalidated a contract approved the school board of the Oklahoma Charter on the scale of Oklahoma which created the first school with a religious charter in the country.
The high court was divided 4-4, which leaves in place the decision of the Supreme Court of Oklahoma. Judge Amy Creey Barrett did not participate in the case.
