Villa Rica, Ga. – A long-standing family business in downtown Villa Rica raises concerns about the “Senior Assassin Game”. The game is generally played at the end of the school year by high school seniors who shoot firearms.

The owner of Los Cowboys says that a group of young people recently played in the game in front of her business. Although she says that the toy pistols were obviously false – unlike some recently reported cases – she thinks that the game is too dangerous.

Mari Melendez told Fox 5 Atlanta that the game in front of the restaurant is inappropriate because he can interfere with the customer experience.
“There is a time and a place for everything,” says Melendez. “Do it in front of a business, outside? We have parks, everything else.”
Melendez believes that the game is dangerous because someone could confuse a toy pistol for a real one.
“I don't feel like it's sure,” said Melendez. “I don't think someone needs to get shot on a farce.”
