Nintendo has decided to bring legal action against the Genki's video game peripheral manufacturer for showing the next Nintendo Switch 2 early. The trial against the parent company of Genki Human Things was almost inevitable, but if the court settles Nintendo's favor, the trial will force Genki to destroy all the products linked to Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2 and will stop again using the brands of Nintendo.
