The first concrete poured as the construction progresses on 21 Hollywood

The construction momentum continues on 21 Hollywood, the development for mixed luxury use of 14 floors of Starlife Group, while Crews recently finished the first series of colors of concrete slabs, marking a key stage in the development phase of development in Hollywood, Florida.
The project, which inaugurated in December 2024, should complement in October with the completion scheduled for the end of 2026 / early 2027.
Located on a site of 1.48 acre a few minutes from the Atlantic Ocean and the Floridant Center-City of Hollywood, the project will include 200 luxury rental units and 10,000 square feet of sales space on the ground floor. Designed by the world famous architect Kobi Karp, 21 Hollywood offers a world -class life experience defined by advanced technology, premium finishes and breathtaking views.

Health and well-being enthusiasts will benefit from an ultramodern fitness center with 14-foot ceilings, supplemented by a dedicated yoga and pilates room. Additional offers include a children's playground, a dog park with a dog spa and washing, double cinemas and an 85 -foot infinity pool which serves as a centerpiece of the outdoor experience.
