Christopher Rofo says that Harvard “deliberately penalizes white men on hiring” – Twitchy

A few days ago, Washington Free Beacon journalist Aaron Sibarium reported that Harvard University was under investigation by the Equality Equal Employment Commission after praising the number of white men on the staff.
Exclusive: EEOC is investigating the hiring practices of the Harvard faculty after the school boasted online that it had increased the number of “women, non -binary and / or people of color” on teachers – and has reduced the number of white men.

The EEOC is the sixth federal agency to launch a Harvard investigation. The survey is based on school's website documents – many of which are now deleted – in which Harvard has boasted of the increase in the number of “women, non -binary and / or people of color” on teachers. pic.twitter.com/tcqrv0tur6

The highest increase concerned the share of non -white occupation track teachers, who increased by 37% between 2013 and 2023.
The majority of these new hires, noted Harvard in a 2023 report, had been carried out in the past year. pic.twitter.com/1o1yfxytug

White men, on the other hand, decreased spectacularly by starting from a share of occupation track teachers, going from 46% in 2013 to 32% in 2023. All other demographic groups for which Harvard collects data, including white women, increased during the same period. pic.twitter.com/9z9snlqvsv

Christopher Rofo and Ryan Thorpe obtained documentation showing that the University deliberately penalized white men in hiring. Harvard therefore punished not only people by race in the admission process, but also in the hiring process.
EXCLUSIVE: @Rk_thorpe And I obtained internal documents from Harvard revealing that the university deliberately penalizes white men in hiring and practically eliminates the supposed “oppressive” groups of certain professions.

This is one of Harvard's positive action plans, which sets aggressive racial targets, in particular by increasing the number of minorities in certain professions by almost 500% and reducing the number of white men in dozens of occupations – which, which, @Morenoffdan said, is illegal. pic.twitter.com/8ru98nkzj4

The hiring of teachers is also designed to filter white men. The Harvard official guide asks the services to promote “women and minorities” at each stage of the process, telling managers to monitor candidates by race and move white men at the back of the reading battery. pic.twitter.com/y5b4iug4of

Despite the promise to stop the compulsory diversity declarations, Harvard continues to promote “diversity, equity and inclusion” in his hiring inscriptions and continues to provide “questions of interview with diversity” which operate as a racial-ideological filter. pic.twitter.com/innzvdjiqy

Dei lives in Harvard, despite President Donald Trump's executive decree. Wheel writing In City Journal:
In another job guide, “best practices for carrying out research on teachers”, the university recommends several discriminatory practices. At the start of the hiring process, Harvard asks the research committees to “make sure that the first lists include women and minorities” and “first consider the applications of women and minorities”. The University advises that committee presidents should “permanently monitor” the racial composition of the list of candidates and, as the reduction progresses, “take care of all women and minorities on the long list”.
Harvard is deliberately factor in the hiring process. The university gives the chairs of the Committee privileged access to “self-identified demographic data, including sex, race and ethnic origin” and encourages chairs to “use this information to encourage diversity in the pool of candidates, the long list and the short list”. Harvard admits that some of his job programs have explicit “investment objectives” for women and minorities – which, despite the university denial, operate as a soft quota.
Why is it not surprising?
Harvard asked the presidents of the department to send the requests of white men to the back of the battery. They in fact put this violation of the law on cheeky civil rights in writing. pic.twitter.com/2gzuaovpf

It makes me angry for my father, my brothers and my husband, especially when my husband's opportunities affect our whole family.

Yes, it was never a matter of equality.

No, it was a matter of equity.
If I were a young scholar, my level of self -disgust would be insufficient for me to even consider Harvard.

The most degraded white lunatia in the United States defends this flagrant illegal racism. Yes, it means people who vote a democrat.

We too.
Is there a time when they realize that these are the oppressors? Or isn't it self-realization one thing with them?

They now call performative and have passed to Fair (equity, access, inclusion and representation). Which is the same lol https://t.co/hjkzzfxwri

The departments of the country have never closed, they simply changed their names and titles.
$ 100 Bucks says that “the practically elimination of supposed” oppressor “groups of certain professions” is already implemented and practiced in American companies.
