Humanoid loyalty has a potential transformer for daily service and industrial tasks, but by carrying out precise and robust control of the whole body with the interaction of the force of 3D final effects remains a major challenge. Previous approaches are often limited to light tasks or quadruped / wheels platforms. To overcome these limitations, we propose Falcon, a framework based on double-agent reinforcement learning for a robust humanoid la-manipulation.

We introduce an elderly healthcare robot (electronic bar) capable of lifting a human body, helping postural changes / wandering and catching a user during a fall, all without using a portable device or harness. With a minimum width of 38 centimeters, the small robot imprint allows it to navigate the typical domestic environment. We demonstrate the usefulness of E-Bar in several typical house scenarios that the elderly experience, in particular to enter / leave a bathtub, lean to reach objects, the seated-stand and the ambulation transitions.

We have officially put an interest in the field in Dallas – Fort Worth. Torc's new HUB Operations is open to business – and it's more than just a point on the map. It is a strategic launch while we expand our autonomous freight network across the south of the United States.

This Conversation of the Stanford Robotics Center is from Jonathan Hurst to Agility Robotics, on “Humanoid Robots: from warehouse to your home”.

How much is we close to having safe, reliable and useful home humanoids? If you believe a recent press, it's just at the corner of the street. Unquestionably, the progress of AL and robotics stimulate innovation and activity in the sector; It's really an exciting period to build robots! But what does it really need to perform on the vision of useful robots, centered on humans and versatile? Robots that can work in human spaces, predictably and safely? We believe that it starts with humanoids in warehouses, a non -sexy but necessary bridgehead market for our future with robots as part of daily life. I will explain why a humanoid is more than a factor of reasonable form, it is inevitable; And I will talk about excitement around a moment of Chatppt for robotics, and what it will take to take advantage of progress and innovation in robotics in useful and safe humanoids.
