People behind the “Sign Mec” account on the memes stolen

@Dudewithsign is an Instagram Popular Account that presents a large man in sunglasses by holding a cardboard panel in various public places. Except instead of a serious protest message, the sign has a funny aphorism on modern life, like “who tf writes criticism of yelp” or “you can dive cold without telling everyone”.
The eponymous guy is Seth Phillips, an employee of Jerry Media, a marketing agency of the social media founded by Elliot Tebele of the popular Instagram account even @fuckjerry.
Tebele initially proposed the concept of holding a sign of protest with a funny sentence, but has only made a few Instagram articles using it. Later, Phillips invigorated the idea and he took the blow – the Instagram account now has 8 million followers and makes advertisements for brands such as Wingstop, CVS, Dunkin 'and more in which he holds Funny signs Linked to the brand or the product (Buzzfeed once hired Phillips to maintain a personalized panel during an event).
Fjerry and its other affiliation companies have deposited at least seven prosecution since November 2022 against brands which would have used guy with the sign image without authorization to publish memes to their brand social accounts.
The brands that have been sent are proceedings include Avid, a technological company; All access dietetics, a training program for dietitians; Itchy, treatment at psoriasis; Brumate, a thermos company; RQ Insurance and Snak Club. All these brands have published versions of the guy with a sign even to their official Instagram accounts with the published photo so that it seems that Phillips has a sign with a message on their respective brands.
