The Jackson police department arrested a man accused of having stolen copper.Clinton Pierre Jr., 43, is accused of malicious mischief and possession of burglary tools. The police said that the surveillance video captured Pierre cutting the copper pipes of an air conditioner in a company on McDowell Road last Friday. A judge gave him an obligation of $ 10,000. Police said Pierre had already been involved in criminal activities and is known to JPD.
