Honesdale, Pennsylvania – A man was arrested after having allegedly urinary a business services counter in the county of Wayne on Friday evening.
Pennsylvania state police said that Salvatore Comforto de Damascus was for the northeast and Tag service counter along Texas Palmyra Highway in Hoensdale to renew its license on Friday at 4:45 p.m.
He would then have been upset by the employees and would have withdrawn his genitals, urinated on the service counter, then leave.
Comforto is accused of indecent exhibition, open luxury, criminal mischief and disorderly driving.
