Hypertension warning? 6 simple adjustments to keep your blood pressure under control! – Viralnova

My doctor recently told me about high blood pressure, often known as hypertension. The drugs were discussed, but I don't want to take medication for the rest of my life. It was then that I started doing research.
What is hypertension?
Hypertension is often called the “silent killer” because the symptoms are not present as long as there have already been significant damage to the heart. What is happening is that there is too much strength in the blood against the walls of the artery. A stroke and heart disease can occur if it continues for too long.
The blood pressure is expressed in two numbers: systolic / diastolic.
Systolic: Pressure when the heart beats.
Diastolic: The pressure when the heart rests between the beats.
Normal reading is 120/80 and you are considered hypertensive when you are 130/80 or more.
