Actor Aamir Khan revealed how he was preparing for his roles in Ghulam and Raakh by not bathing for 12 days. Speak with ABP liveAamir was asked if the rumor he had not taken over during these days while the filming of the films was true. Aamir Khan didn't take a shower for days for Ghulam, Raakh
Aamir shared that he did it during the shooting of the two films. The actor said: “I did it not once, but twice. During the filming of Raakh, I did not bathe because my character saw in the street after leaving the house. I wanted him to feel real, so I avoided swimming to look like someone who ended up on the road.”
Speaking of his thoughts during the filming of Ghulam, Aamir added: “In Ghulam, there was a long sequence of action in the culminating point where I fought badly. Gradually, my injuries started to increase. If I had bathed every day after filming, it would have ruined continuity. So, I decided not to bathe for a week to maintain the same look.
About Ghulam, Raakh
Ghumlam (1998) is an action film, directed by Vikram Bhatt. He also features Rani Mukerji in the main role. The story of the film is similar to Kabzaa de Sanjay Dutt (1988).
Raakh (1989), an action crime, was led by Aditya Bhattacharya. He also featured Supriya Pathak, Pankaj Kapur, Gajanan Badera and Jagdeep. The film was acclaimed by criticism and also three national prizes.

Fans will see Aamir then at Sitaare Zameen by. Described as a “spiritual suite” of Taare Zameen by Taare 2007, the film marks its return to the big screen after a long break. The coming film features Genelia Deshmukh in front of Aamir. Directed by RS Prasanna, the film is produced by Aamir Khan and Aparna Purohit. The script is written by Divy Nidhi Sharma.
The film will present new faces – Aieush Datta, Gopi Krishna Varma, Samvit Desai, Bradant Sharma, Ayush Bhansali, Ashish Pendse, Rishi Shahani, Rishabh Jain, Naman Mishra and Simran MANGESHKAR. The film is expected to be released in theaters on June 20.
