On May 11, the big book of the trusted material portfolio confirmed a security violation involving its official discord server. A pirate was able to access the account of a moderator and used it to publish a phishing message in a channel on one of the servers. The message pretended to warn users of a new vulnerability of a large book portfolio and asked them to check their recovery sentences by visiting an imitation website.
The attacker designed the message to appear legitimate, taking advantage of user confidence in community moderators. The link, however, was part of a classic phishing scam.
