The president and chief executive officer Natalie Saikowski Goertz founded the company in January 2024, offering banking advice and management strategies for small businesses in the woods. The services provided by business and the bank concierge include:
- Banque selection guide
- Loan requests
- Insurance administration
Goertz previously worked as a treasure management agent, and she said that her experience with local banks and small businesses helps find solutions for business owners. The commercial and banking concierge does not have a brick and mortar office, but works with customers in their own environment, said Goertz.
