Saturday morning, an order from the Department of the Building Department was visible glued to the front door of the place – by specifically applying an apartment on the second floor. The opinion indicated that in the back of the apartment, there were floors “sloping and subsidence”, with a difference of about 2 inches between the molding and the ground. These “potentially dangerous conditions” had made the apartment “dangerous to occupy,” said the order.
