The judge strikes another great law EO

The American district judge John Bates of Washington, DC has just made a summary judgment to Jenner & Block, finding President Trump's decree against this illegal and declaring he no and not avenue.

It's remarkably strong language From a person named by George W. Bush who sat on the team of the Special Ken Starr lawyer:

This affair stems from a series of decrees to target law firms which, in one way or another, have not bowed against the current political orthodoxy of the presidential administration. Like the others in the series, this order – which aims at the world law firm Jenner & Block – does no bone on the reason why he chose his goal: he chose Jenner because of the causes of Jenner champions, the customers that Jenner represents and a Jenner lawyer used once. Continue the law firms in this way violently violently violates the Constitution. More obviously, reprisals against companies for points of view embodied in their legal work – and thus seeking to muzzle them in the future – violates the central command of the first amendment according to which the Government cannot “use the power of the State to punish or remove the disadvantaged expression”. More subtle but perhaps more pernicious is the message that the order sends to lawyers whose non-ally plea protects against the government point of view becoming the orthodoxy imposed by the government. This ordinance, like the others, seeks to cool the legal representation that the administration does not like, thus insulating the executive power of the fundamental judicial check for the separation of powers. He thus violates the Constitution and the Tribunal prohibiting its entire functioning.
